great hotel!

i liked the location of my room. it was near the beach. the complimentary food and drinks were a nice touch. the room was spacious and included a large balcony. i found the mattress and pillows comfortable. the spa service was also excellent.
The cleaning in the room wasn't perfect though. i think it could be better. After the first day, the standards declined a little.

staff at the front desk always greeted guests. they did so with a smile and were very kind. they were also helpful with any inquiries or requests we had .

the breakfast offered many options. this included fresh fruits, thai dishes, and an egg preparation station. there were also various desserts available each morning at breakfast time.

the resort provided lounge chairs both around the pool and facing the beach. this made it easy to relax by the water. the area was also close to various restaurants.

Excellent Stay with Great Beach Access

The room was big with a daily minibar. It included soft drinks and snacks. The minibar was refilled daily. The hotel sits directly on the west beach. The beach was fine. Monkeys roam around the hotel and other places. It was nice to see the wildlife (they are entertaining!).
I didn't realize getting to the hotel requires a pier arrival. Guests take a half-hour boat ride to the hotel. You are essentially on an island. There is no way off the island except by boat. This detail would have been useful to know beforehand.

The location offers direct beach access, situating guests right on the sand and near local restaurants and shops. Two swimming pools are available, one situated right on the beach providing easy access wanting to swim.

The transfer service to and from the airport was seamless. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly. This really enhanced my overall experience and made the logistics very smooth.

Daily breakfast is served by the beach, starting the day beautifully with the view. The breakfast had a nice variety. The dining area offers beautiful beach views.

The minibar IS free, they restocked it with pringles, soda, and chocolate daily. i appreciated the private outdoor area. the hotel has two good pools. The one by the beach is awesome.
longtail boats run constantly AND it can be noisy.

the resort location is lovely i think. it's a place near the beach, it has a sunset view that i liked. the mini bar was free and had snacks everyday i was happy about that. i did see monkeys and rare birds around the hotel grounds. that's nice to see, nature i adored.
a staff member nearly bump into me on a path, she was riding a bicycle. i feel it was a bit careless, i guess.

the hotel has two pools, one is quieter. i liked the complimentary mini bar. it was stocked daily with coke, sprite, pringles, and snickers. the hotel prepared a food package for my early departure, a thoughtful touch!
i think they use salt water for the shower not fresh. also the water pressure was terrible! the shower head was disgusting.

breakfast had thai dishes, salads, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. pancake and french toast options were available. coffee machines were provided, and eggs could be ordered to your liking. there are brownies, scones and gluten free bread!

the resort spans the east and west sides. a short walk connects you to phra nang beach through a cave walkway. the pool near the hotel's interior is private and quiet. it is about a 5 minute walk from the main street!

the rooms are clean, massive and nice. i got two rooms next to each other with a connecting door. bathrobes, umbrellas, and a bag for the pool or sea are available. i saw dusky langur monkeys outside my room!

staff quickly provided extra towels when i asked. the staff made arrangements for an early flight to krabi. the staff are helpful for people who want to leave late for the pier. the staff is very attentive!!

the hotel provides convenient beach access.
I found the hotel restaurant service quite slow. we ordered drinks one evening. They arrived incorrectly after a delay. there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness from the staff.
